Upcoming schedule and new features.
We're working on a research section for candidates to research issues, and evaluate the national campaigns. There are so many people running for president right now, and many more who have formed exploratory committees that it's hard to keep up with them all. By the end of the week you'll be able to assess your competition in one location. Many of the candidates already have profiles on the site (To the best of our knowledge all of these profiles are coming from supports, and not the candidates themselves). We'll add some of the lesser known candidates, and those who are considering running. We should have all the FEC registered candidates this week.
Check out a few of the recent profile updates. Some of our candidates have better platforms than the "real"candidates.

Just to name a few.
As we mentioned in one of our earlier news posts, you're message is being heard. Our logs show visitors from all over Washington D.C. visiting the site, and spending time here.
When you vote, use your vote wisely. We see candidates all of the time trying to pad their own votes. This just won't work for very long. There is a time delay between votes, and once you get up over one hundred votes it becomes very difficult to pad your rating.
Keep the conversation clean, and intelligent. We've had to remove quite a few candidates who were just being provacative for the entertainment value. Flaming, personal attacks, and general jibberish won't be tolerated. Most of the candidates have either exceptional platforms, or platforms in development. Some members just sign up to engage in the debate. That's great! And then we have that handful of antagonists who try and ruin it for everyone. I'd suggest you look for another site, you won't go far here.
Schedule:
On Mondays we'll face off our top two candidates for the week. As the independent category grows, we'll incorporate top candidates from that group.
Tuesday we'll run off the big name candidates (Newt versus Hillary this week), and on Wednesday we'll have an us versus them. One of our top candidates will take on one of the national powerhouses. Drop us a line using the contact page if you want to challenge, Barak, Rudy, Hillary, or anyone else.
The rest of the week will hold random runoffs to increase your visibility.
The featured candidates pages will also be introduced near the end of the month. The only way to get one of these pages is through an invite from one of our moderators. This will be a page dedicated to your campaign, and you'll get a link back to your profile so voters can vote for you.
Congratulations to the Colts, and how 'bout dem Bears.

Why does no one consider the main issue illegal immigration? Besides me ,that is.

So! are you only considering Republican and Democrat candidates as viable? With already 44% of voters registered as Independents, why not an Independent Candidate elected in 2008.
The Republicans and Democrats have not, and do not intend to close our borders. They haven't and won't. Right now Congress, the Senate and the President didn't outlaw Illegals, they just tried to placate us with, we will worry about this after the next election. So you elect "any" Republican or Democrat who now won't worry about the voters for another 4 years, and Amnesty is there. Figuring we will be the North American Union next, and it will be a moot point after all Hispanics are now citizens of this new combined nation, along with all the rest of the American citizens, and Canada.
Congress voted to build the fence. Where is the fence. The fence is what the Minuteman are building with private money. Border agents still in trouble for attempting to stop any invader, invaders demanding civil rights. What a way to fight a war against this invasion of illegal aliens, arrest our Border agent soldiers.
We are shown all the ice that has disappeared already from global warming. So where is the flooding of our cities already? Do you see less beach in Coney Island, or Santa Monica? The Kyoto agreement was that America would reduce our energy use, so India and China could increase their output of CO 2, as is happening in China now.
The reduction of energy is only for citizens, not our government or our elected officials. There is no reduction for government vehicles, military vehicles. How much energy do you suppose all those ships arriving from China use, going both ways?
When we are all citizens of the New World Order, and everything is shut down, then you will see less energy use. We will find ourselves rationed to all energy uses, except for the elite.
